The Best Batman Movie

July 18th, 2008 | by emontero |

Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight is by far, in my objective opinion, the best Batman movie so far. If you are a Batman fan, the movie is a must see. Besides the sheer, action-packed entertainment, the film brings up several of the most popular themes related to the mythical DC character: the eternal battle between good and evil, Bruce Wayne’s perennial struggle to keep his alter ego as distant from his (normal?) day-to-day life as humanly possible and the chaotic state, borderline anarchy, in which our hero’s city is in.

If you are in the US, go and watch the movie this weekend. If you are not in the US, check your local listings to find out when the film will finally hit the theaters. I guarantee you will not regret it.

Still having second thoughts? At the time of this writing, IMDb readers have given the Dark Knight an impressive 9.7/10 (4591 votes).
